David & Alison Lea Wilson harvest sea water from the Menai Straits at Brynsiencyn on Anglesey. Before the water arrives at the Anglesey Sea Salt company it has already passed through a mussel bed, natures finest filter and a sandbank. It is then filtered through charcoal. The sea water is allowed to crystallise in shallow tanks. A significant number of the 50 best restaurants in the world use Anglesey Sea Salt. GM free, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians.
