The popular tapas dish patatas bravas was Owen’s inspiration this spicy sauce. It uses plenty of tomatoes reduced with sherry vinegar to create a thick sauce and flavoured with authentic Spanish pimentón and a good measure of cayenne.
Suitable for coeliacs. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Allergen: Sulphites.
