With its distinctive fragrance dill is warming and stimulating to the appetite. Semi fresh herbs, unique to Seggiano, combine the intense aromatic flavour of fresh with the convenience of dried and are a boon to both professional chefs and home foodies. Biodynamically grown on the Bartomelis family farm, near the Amalfi coast in Italy. Extra virgin olive oil is used to cure the dill and Sicilian rock salt is used to remove moisture.
