Crafted in Sicily from organic whole ancient grains, Lumaconi is bronze drawn, freshly milled and shaped within hours to preserve the full integrity of the grain. Made with spring water from Mount Etna and dried slowly at low temperatures, it retains its natural fibre, nutrients and flavour. With the wheat germ intact, it offers a nutty richness and firm texture, while a low gluten index supports easier digestion. Its wide, curved shape makes it ideal for catching sauce or stuffing with flavourful fillings.
