Made with Mount Etna spring water and bronze drawn for a tender bite, it’s dried slowly at low temperatures to retain nutrients, fibre and flavour. With the wheat germ intact and a low gluten index, this Orzo supports easier digestion and adds a wholesome richness to soups, oven bakes and grain-style dishes.
