Crafted with spring water from Mount Etna and dried slowly at low temperatures, it retains its natural fibre, nutrients and flavour. The inclusion of wheat germ adds a subtle nuttiness and satisfying bite, while a low gluten index supports easier digestion. A hearty tube shape with roots in Campania, perfect for stuffing or catching rich sauces.
