Nutritional Information:  

Always dilute before use. Massage: dilute 5 drops in 10ml carrier oil Bath and inhalation: 5-10 drops in hot water Store in a cool, dark place with the lid well sealed. If your fridge is the only cool place, allow the oils to reach a cool room temperature before use.
