Description
Our apple cider vinegar is made in Italy from the juice of organic apples, this product is raw, unpasteurised, unfiltered, and with the ‘mother’ – a natural sediment which contains beneficial bacteria, trace material, pectin and enzymes, which can contribute to healthy flora in the human gut, and aid digestion. Our supplier, a family business, was established in 1889, and is now one of the oldest and respected Italian vinegar producers. A long fermentation process makes our cider vinegar rich in antimicrobial anti-oxidants.
