On the palate the summer berry fruit is well balanced with zesty acidity to deliver a fine, complex, off-dry Rose wine. A crisp, fresh, refreshing rosé with subtle strawberry and raspberry aromas. An off-dry palate has classic English summer fruit and hints of summer hedgerow. 75cl.
Alc. 11% vol. .HARVEST DETAILS The Vineyard is south facing on sandy loam soil. GDC trellis system with 800 vines per acre or 2000 per hectare. Most vines are 10-30 years old, all grapes are hand-picked. The 2018 harvest produced an above average crop with very good ripeness levels and below average acidy. Picking was dictated by acidity levels rather than sugars, and excellent balance was a feature of the 2018 vintage.
