Actually, happened by accident during an unseasonal heatwave in 2023. A batch of kimchi Muti had on the go became too acidic, but Muti didn’t want to waste the 30kg batch, so Muti chopped it up & cooked it with some rapadura sugar & voilà the stainless steel of condiments was born. Cheese crackers never had it so good, literally another dimension.

Kimchi (85%) (Fermented cabbage, Chinese leaf, mooli, carrot, onion, pear, leek, sea salt, ginger, garlic & flakes), rapadura sugar, glutinous rice flour, paprika & chipotle chilli.
