BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT HAS A HIGHER FREEZING POINT THAN MOST FRUIT WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY HAVEN’T SOFTENED WHILST IN TRANSIT. THIS ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.  Please note that the soft frozen fruit may be slightly softened on delivery which we are unable to control in warm weather as the juice/water content is so high in these fruits. Please only order if you are happy to receive with this in mind. Whilst we fill your delivery with hydro-freeze icepacks which start at -48°C and will keep your goods at -15°C this may not be low enough to stop softening.
