The perfection of Seggiano’s organic arborio rice lies in it’s gentle, traditional stone dehusking, which guarantees the lightest shelling thus retaining the nutrients of the outer layer and germ of each grain, critical to the final taste and texture of the cooked rice.
Grown on the Grange Vercelli rice lands of the fertile Po valley, whose waters are fed from the Alps of northern Italy.
