Raw and natural honey from Sicily. Bees collect nectars from wild thistle flowers to make a luscious honey that has pleasantly intense flavour, floral with a long, sweet caramel finish. A great table honey that pairs best with all full flavoured pecorino and blue cheeses. It crystallises with cooler temperatures. 500g
