Tracklements Strong English Mustard – 140g. Made as the Victorians liked their mustard: as hot as the devil’s pitchfork! Adds a blast of heat to gammon and bangers.
Tempered by the judicious use of spices and vinegar. It is great with traditional English food such as hand-raised pork pies and good pork sausages.
