As a non-profit company their primary objectives lie with the welfare of the producing communities. They invest in empowering farming communities and developing the agricultural infrastructure in Palestine. All of Zaytoun’s oil is extra virgin, first cold pressed, grown and fairly traded. Zaytoun’s suppliers source the oil from cooperatives in the areas of Salfit, Tulkarem, Nablus, Jenin and the Galilee.
